Quick response and able to add me in and saved the day. Guys were friendly and professional. Picked and delivered in a timely manner. Great work!!
Did the last-minute crosstown move of a full storage unit worth of stuff. Arrived on the dot when promised and worked safely and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!
The came prepared with everything needed to move heavy furniture and loads of boxes. They were careful and considerate of our home and furniture. Very professional and on time.
Great experience from start to finish! The movers were friendly, professional, efficient, and took great care of everything. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Everything was great. The movers were very helpful and polite. Using them again in a few weeks
Omar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job of wrapping our furniture to move it. We purchased furniture on Marketplace and they picked it up and wrapped it and delivered it to our home. They were very hard workers and had great attitudes. Great pricing. We would and will recommend Moving Pack to anyone who needs moving services. We were very pleased with the company.
Absolutely great experience and will use again!
We were looking for a large items only, primarily furniture, moving service from LaFollette to Knoxville. Omar responded quickly to my inquiry and uses a simple pricing model, which made it easy to understand and estimate the cost of our move. They showed up on time, brought plenty of materials to wrap and secure our items, and the three-man crew he brought was efficient, strong, had a great sense of humor, and above all, was exceptionally kind. You can tell by observing that they work well together and all enjoy working with each other. Omar brought an additional crew member and another truck that we hadn't discussed beforehand, but he honored the original quote based on the level of service we expected to need. I would use them again without question. Thanks so much for making our move easy!
Daniel and his co worker were very careful with our items. We really appreciate the help moving all the stuff from our POD into our new home. Highly recommend their services!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Moving Pack! They were prompt, professional, and very affordable. Leonardo and Daniel did an outstanding job unloading our 26 foot moving truck. They worked hard from start to finish and carefully followed our instructions on where to place everything in the house. We had a unique situation where we needed a second truck to bring the rest of our belongings from our previous home. Another moving team was already unloading when Leonardo and Daniel arrived. Without hesitation and without being asked, they jumped right in and helped the other crew finish unloading. That level of teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to help really impressed us. They went above and beyond, and their positive attitude made a stressful moving day much easier. I highly recommend Moving Pack and would absolutely use their services again. Thank you, Leonardo and Daniel, for your hard work and exceptional service!
after the job, and payment in full of $200. cash, i asked, did you at least refund the deposit, and they apparently won't. that's movingpack. thumbtack gets a zero star bc you sent messages from the two companies i was considering to the same text thread. i had no way of knowing from one text to the next who was responding. i can't hire anybody from thumbtack if i can't tell who i'm hiring. boo hiss jeer
I wish Omar worked in all US territories. He was very helpful and worked to get everything done, no matter the difficulties that arose.
Amazing help! True professionals. Don’t hesitate to use this team. Got everything done in a short period of time
Got our moving job done! Very responsive!
Star Services was absolutely amazing. I never write reviews but they absolutely deserve one. After moving, we did not want to unload the moving truck. I reached out for help and they replied asap which I appreciated so much. Not only that, they were able to schedule me quickly and pleasantly. The job itself was done so well. They were professional and were done fast. I would still be unloading if it wasn’t for them!!! I would highly recommend this company and I plan on using them again if I ever need their services.
They helped me out big time out of a bind. My daughter hired movers who were supposed to pack too but they wouldn’t do the packing. My wife and daughter were overwhelmed trying to quickly pack on the moving day. They answered me right away and showed up to help in less than 2 hours. Amazing! Life savers!
The team worked diligently and efficiently, completing the move within the estimated timeframe. Despite the emotional nature of the day, they maintained a respectful and positive attitude, offering assistance and reassurance when needed. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the move.
I recently moved to Tennessee from out of state and needed help immediately. Once I reached out, they responded with urgency and were able to assist me within 24 hours. They showed up and got started with a clear plan right away. I’m truly impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to friends and family!
Omar was great. Knocked it out in no time with his help. Will hire again in the near future. Thanks again!
