My ask was 1 hour of service. Never informed it was a 3 hr minimum. Wouldn’t have booked the service. Listen to directions on what was needed to be put in the truck and where. Threw fragile boxes in awkward areas and a box of glasses broke.
When bringing in our dresser they did not put our mirror back on the dresser because they could not find the screws that held it on.
This was a move from hell. These movers had no clue what they we're doing. They would argue with each other. It was like the blind leading the blind. One of the guys he was just hired yesterday on Facebook Market Place. After about 2 hours they we're already worn out. Only one guy could lift very well. They cracked my outside raling coming into the house. I'd diffently go elsewhere!

The crew did a great job loading my POD. Unfortunately, not all of my belongings fit because I ordered a smaller POD than I needed, but the owner came up with a reasonable action plan that made the situation much less stressful. All three of the guys were professional, friendly, and hardworking. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help problem-solve. I’d definitely recommend them
David and his crew did an amazing job moving my family. They took great care and wrapped/padded the furniture, were organized and efficient! They even helped me load and drop off items for donation. I highly recommend them!
The team was very quick to respond during initial and follow up messaging. The job itself took half as much time as I had estimated. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely hire again.
