Had to wait a month to use my washer. I was not a priority when it came to waiting for parts and scheduling first before other clients. Did a great job in replacing the balance rods to the washer but when I needed a new water valve, he put in a used one which didn’t work. Had to wait a week to get a new one.
Kind, patient, and very honest!! I appreciated how open and transparent he was about everything and he even took the time to explain the different parts he was working with, so it was also very educational and you can tell he really knows his stuff. I requested help in the morning and he was here that afternoon, so fantastic response time! Thank you so much again :)

The setup was a difficult stacked washer/dryer unit in a tight closet, but he handled everything professionally and efficiently. He moved the unit out safely, replaced the control board we already had, tested everything, and got the dryer running again with no issues. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and fair pricing. Highly recommend if you need appliance repair in the Virginia Beach area!

The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my machine, including why it happened and how I could identify the problem in the future. The diagnostic fee was only $60, which is more than half of what I’ve seen from any other competitors, making it a great value. What really impressed me was that he wasn’t pushy about the repair. He explained the OEM part options but also showed me a great alternative that was a fraction of the cost. He offered to return later to install the replacement part for a small fee, making the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism, patience, and transparency throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!
