He was on time each day so he has that going for him but he made a massive mess in the house from cutting tile inside. The grout work is ok at best and I had to show him missed gaps. And we have spent multiple hours cleaning up after the job is done because he left one day and let grout dry.
Mr, Klean Grout was very friendly and punctual for the estiimate and appointment, He did give some recommendations for grout. HOWEVER, when he left, there was a white film all over the floor, shower, wall tile and on my freshly painted cabinets. There were clumps of dried "something' in numerous places. I do not see any difference in several places on the floor, ie where I sit, between sink and tub and also around the toliet. There was only one place, in front of shower, that I see a difference in the floor I'm very disappointed in the way things were left. It has taken me all day to clean up the white film, scrap the hardened substance in the shower and on the floor. If I had known I was going to have to clean up after him, I would have done the job myself.
Amazing job! Chipped tile was fixed In less than 24 hours from when I contacted him! Strongly suggest using him!
Let the customer know that he cannot do the task you are requesting before he’s done with the job. Could not tell a difference after he was done.

I was very satisfied with the work done by George and son on my shower grout cracking problem. They fixed the issue as it should have been originally done. Looks good and didn’t take them as kind as I thought it would. I would call them again if I have any further issues.
Mr Klean Grout did a fantastic job on my floor repair. I had tenting/buckling in my tile. the repair came out great. They were able to save majority of the tile and he recommended a place I go to for replacement tiles and it worked out perfectly. I will be using him for other jobs in the near future
When he says he's going to send someone to fix the problem with your sealing, he should do it. Cleaning was OK but sealing wasn't. Streaky and smudged. Walked on wet sealer and left footprints.
I got my floors sealed and I’m not satisfied. The grout on my floors are dirty in my high traffic areas. I did this because I assumed it would protect my floors if my dog had an accident. I work away from home during the day and my 7 month old puppy had a accidents no his kennel. I assumed sealing my floor last would help make the cleaning easier and wouldn’t allow them to get stained. My floors were sealed and a week later this is how my grout is looking after mopping. Please understand that sealing your floors will not protect/prevent them from staining or get dirty.

George's man did a great job in regrouting and recaulking the bathroom tub of my rental townhouse! Both my tenants and I are very satisfied with the result! I would recommend Mr. Klean Grout to every property owner without reservation!
