Absolutely terrible experience with this plumbing company. The technician showed up with no courtesy call or ETA, just appeared at my door unexpectedly. That was only the start. Once in my basement, he made a mess by running excessive water directly into the problem area, making an already frustrating situation worse. Then instead of going through the floor drain like I explained would make the most sense, he had me move my washing machine so he could access a clean-out. After all that unnecessary hassle, he quoted me nearly double the going rate for a basic drain cleaning. When I told him what I normally pay and declined the outrageous price, he just left. The most unprofessional part came afterward when the call center contacted me and, based on whatever false version of events the technician gave them, I was spoken to as if I was an idiot for declining service. For the record, if the technician had simply gotten authorization to do the job at a reasonable price, the price I clearly communicated I was willing to pay, I would have agreed and the work would have been completed. Instead, I was left with wasted time, a mess in my basement, and incredibly disrespectful treatment from both the technician and the office staff. Avoid this company if you expect professionalism, honesty, or basic customer respect.

Mr Pipey quickly responded to my request for service to repair my toilet. The serviceman, Brandan, did an excellent job determining the issue, qqickly acquiring the parts and completing the repair.
This is the one lousy company that you should avoid !!
The overall experience was what I expected as far as the time frame however the cost was way over the value of the job. Typically $177 per hour the job took 1 hour after the many trips to the vehicle to discuss pricing. I had another job but the price was not justifiable so I had to call another plumber to complete the job. I wish the plumber would have completed both task the money would have been worth the it. I had all the supplies available. I rated them lower because my job was only 50% completed so I was left inconvenienced. Vanity and faucet left incomplete
My new faucet install was done quickly and professionally. I recommend them.
I am very satisfied with my experience. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to come up with best solution to meet my needs and keep the costs as low as possible. He was able to come out and give me an estimate and complete the work on the same day which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend
Drew was great to work with, so nice and super helpful: he even gave me tips on what I could repair myself next time! Highly recommend.
Return phone calls . Do what you say, and say what you do. I deal with over 300 million in contracts and I don’t have time to chase people. If you don’t want the work a simple no is easy instead of stringing people along. Terrible service
Awesome work they responded immediately after I required they were at my house within 35 minutes. Kyle figure out the problem quickly, and very knowledgeable about a lot of things I would recommend them awesome prices too. I know who I’m calling if a I have anymore problems hopefully not. lol
