I scheduled a time to have him come and give me an estimate. I took my lunch break at that time to come home and be available. He didn't show up, texted me after he was already late and said that he got busy at a different job. A courtesy heads up that he wasn't going to make our appointment would have been nice instead of me having to waste my whole lunch break for nothing. He asked if he could make it at a later time and I said that he could go at 6:30 when I got home from work. He said he would be there. By 7:00 pm he was a no show and didn't bother to even text. If this is his behavior when he's trying to earn my business, I don't want to see how lowsy his punctuality is when someone has already hired him. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Best call I made to Ricardo.I was having issues with me spa jets and he was able to locate the issue. Super honest and reliable will start using him for my pool services. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
He is such a kind person & also very responsive to our pool concerns. We are first time pool owners and it’s been nice texting him questions about it. He also drops in as needed in addition to the weekly visits if something seems urgent and if he’s in the area. I called around for 4 quotes before booking him and he was the best value of all!
Great service
Ricardo keeps my pool bright and clear and was able to correct the valve issue that my last pool man left. I totally recommend MR Pool. You will be very happy
