Donley is a pleasure to work with! I just bought a house with an old garage door opener system from the 70s, and Donley was knowledgeable about this setup. I learned that this door will not keep snow out and does not have safety features. A new door will be a custom order and will take 3-4 weeks. Donley did not pressure me. I told him I wanted a door like my neighbor's, and from there he guided me through three options, based on design and insulation options. My technician, Bryan, was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Additionally, he did an inspection of the door, sharing with me things that I might want to look into at a future date with no pressure to address them immediately given that they were not pressing concerns. I really appreciate his professionalism, and plan to use there services in the future, with the hope that I’d get him as my technician.
I made a request to repair my garage door and instead of a repairman they send a salesman to try to sell me a brand new $2000 garage door. When asking directly if he can please just do the repair for me today, he claimed he "didn't have the parts" to complete the repair, it was literally a cable and pulley you can find at any hardware store. I was able to do the repair myself in an hour or two. Waste of time. They otherwise seemed professional, just make sure you confirm who they're sending out before accepting the appointment.

Our garage door would not open on a Saturday. I contacted three companies. The first could not come out until Monday. I needed to be in the office. The second could come out on Sunday. Mr. Spring, the third company, could come out that day. Within two hours of our discovering the garage door would mot open, it was fixed!
Didn’t use company for repair because someone was able to come immediately, but Mr. Spring responded to my message quickly and professionally.
