They did great! Showed up at around 10:30 AM and all the work was done by end of day. They helped disassemble our old gazebo and install the new one.

About MS Construction & Services
We build, replace and repair decks across the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay: new decks, complete deck replacement, deck board replacement over sound framing, raised and hillside decks, deck stairs, railings, built-in benches and pergolas. Materials: composite decking from Trex, TimberTech AZEK, Eva-Last, Deckorators and Fiberon; redwood; tropical hardwoods like Cumaru and Ipe; pressure-treated wood where it makes sense. Railings in aluminum cable, aluminum picket and redwood. How it works: send us photos of your deck and your ZIP code. Then I come out for the on-site estimate myself, measure and check the framing underneath, and you get a written proposal that lists each part of the work: demolition, framing, decking, railing, stairs and haul-away. I'm Michael Sankin, the owner, with 20 years in the construction business. I hold an engineering degree and owned a construction company in Russia before moving to California. Experienced craftsmen lead the build day to day while I handle scope, pricing, materials and key decisions. Licensed as MS Decking and Services, CSLB #1148079.

Rashid did an excellent job of building a new fence. Most difficult part was to communication as he didn't speak much english and had to use google translator. However, I highly recommend MS Construction & Service.
We hired MS Construction to assemble our pre fabricated pergola. They were responsive throughout the process and showed up on time. The workmanship is also good. They cleaned up after the job was complete. Overall a very professional experience.
Our side gate was old and needed to be replaced. Communication was fast and easy over phone and shown in texted pictures. Contractors arrived later in the day, planned out gate replacement, went to get supplies and lumber, made gate replacement and stayed until evening when gate was completed. Initial contractor was the primary person to discuss job and work with and the workers were skilled and professional. Gate was made w quality materials and labor. Cost was reasonable, for faster turnaround time during busy season. Would definitely recommend!!
Speedy and quality work by MS Construction. I recommend them to anyone.
Ramil who works for MS Construction & Services is a true pro in the business; first day, he demolished old fence including all rotten posts and installed 6 new posts with concrete; second day, he built new fence that looks very good; see some pictures of my old and the new fence. I'll definitely recommend the service for fence projects.
Great job by these guys , I love the installation by them.
Our deck is old, but we didn't have the budget to replace the whole thing. Yet, we NEEDED to make it safe with some railings, and some repairs to the steps. Mike came up with a beautiful solution, within our budget! And Mike's guys were punctual, tidy, and professional. I highly recommend MS Construction & Services for all your deck work needs!
The fence they built is beautiful. The crew was respectful and took pride in their work. Would recommend them to anyone looking to build a fence at an affordable price point.
The fence and gate were completed in a timely manner. The quality of the work is superior
