Mt Vista Electric installed two exterior outlets and connected a new sauna at our home. They were responsive to our messages, on-time, were able to schedule us in fairly quickly, and had a competitive bid. Both their team and the work product was professional. We would hire them again.
They did a wonderful job installing a EV charger for me. They were very responsive when asking questions and scheduling the work. They did a very clean job of installing and making sure I knew about rebates that I can get
Pro came out to replace four light sockets and one switch in bedroom and install ceiling fan. Pro had to come back and fix living room outlet as it was not connected properly which also impacted the outlet on the opposite end of the wall which took out our Internet and television. Pro did come back to fix that outlet and Internet connection was restored. However, the pro did not install the new switch in bedroom, which was on the invoice as being done They installed the ceiling fan, which was in perfect working order for the day. Daughter used remote to turn off fan. Later, when attempting to turn on ceiling fan with remote, it would not turn on. They came out today and said that the receiver wasn’t working on the fan so it’s defective. Very disappointing that I spent 375 dollars for them to tell me that the fan isn’t working. I feel with the faulty wiring on living room outlet, being charged for a new light switch that was never installed, and the fact that they installed the fan that somehow stopped working several hours later makes me think they messed up on their wiring and work. I felt like I should get some compensation. I feel so many things went wrong with that visit that I was basically told to get a replacement from Home Depot and go pound sand about the the 375.00 fan install and light switch fee. Here was how they left the wiring on ceiling mount-2 are capped and one green wire exposed. Maybe that’s the grounding wire and it doesn’t need to be.
Mt vista were able to hang my chandelier on a 18 foot tall foyer which included putting in a whole new electrical box that would safely support the weird the light fixture.
MT Vista Electric responded promptly, reaching out by phone to confirm my project details. Elliot and Cody showed up on time, and were very helpful during the whole process explaining what they were doing and what the plan was and why. Stuck to their quote price. Overall did great work and would happily use them again given the need!
