He came to look at the job, which was to put up a retractable water hose. I had gotten a screw stuck in the wall and he claimed he would remove it before attempting to put the hose back up. He “completes” the job and I asked if he took the screw out, he says yes. The hose falls off in front of him and the screw is still in the wall and still claims he took it out. Horrible service.

Mario, Came across initially as a decent guy and came over brought my storm door and took measurements and said he needs more Time and probably needs to do it a different day , which meant my entire plans went for a toss Then again he gave a reason that his truck was not working and again no communication , last minute and I wasted my entire day coz I took leave from work And now again , waiting all day for his message and finally he texts saying he isn’t well , I want to believe him but come on guys we are into a service industry with multiple options , this is RIDICULOUS COMMUNICATION !! NEVER WILL WORK WITH HIM DONE !!!
