Reviews
Multi task construction was on time and professional. The price was affordable for the services. I would use them again and recommend them for all your home projects.
I hired this company to rebuild my shower, install a new toilet, and replace the bathroom flooring following water damage. Unfortunately, they did not complete the work as outlined in our contract. Before installation, I clearly specified the tile that was to be used. Despite this, the company installed the wrong tile. When I requested that they correct the mistake, they refused unless I paid an additional **$3,500** to fix an error they created. Rather than taking responsibility, I experienced repeated pressure to pay the remaining balance and felt harassed and shamed throughout the process. The only solution they offered was to **paint the incorrectly installed tile**, which is not an acceptable or permanent fix for a newly rebuilt shower. I proposed several reasonable resolutions, including: * Removing and replacing only the incorrect tile with the agreed-upon tile. * Removing all of the shower tile and installing new tile correctly. * Removing their work and providing a partial refund so I could hire another contractor to complete the project properly. The company rejected these options and continued to insist that either I accept painted tile or pay an additional $3,500. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unprofessional, dishonest, and unwilling to stand behind the quality of its work. I cannot recommend them to others.
I reached out to this company and was very pleased they were respectful, prompt, and attentive. If I could have highlightedall the previous options I would have. They were excellent and fast. They provided quality work.
Henry showed up precisely on time and got every project I needed done within a timely manner. everything looks great. And I'll be contacting him again to get some more things done.
Henrry was very professional, had good communication. He did very nice work with installing the exterior doors. Would certainly hire him again!
Multi Task Construction did an outstanding job on our back porch! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they were professional from start to finish. They completed the project on time, kept everything clean, and the finished porch exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!
We had a total renovation of our basement (new walls, bath, kitchen, floors, paint, electrical, plumbing and then some). I really cannot speak highly enough of this company. Henrry managed the project from initial consultation to the final walk through with genuine professionalism and hos crew did outstanding work. They were always on time, did what they said they would and cleaned up when they left. If all companies were run like this, we would all be so much better off. We have had some difficult and outright bad experiences with customer service and Multi Task changed that dramatically! I HIGHLY recommend Henrry and his team!
I had an estimate for increasing the height of my garage door opening. Communication and rapid response to provide the estimate was quick.
We contacted the business for repairs to a section of floor in our home that was soft. Henrry and his team assessed the damages and went above and beyond to fix all the issues they found. They were very friendly and experienced. The work was completed in a day and looks great! We are very pleased with the results and will be contacting them again for future projects.
Agreed to move the fridge as a part of the quote, then decided that he would charge more, then decided that he didn’t want to do it all. He jerked me around and wasted my time. I would not trust him to do any work. Get a different quote.
My experience with Multitask Construction was the best! We had Multitask add on French doors to our dining room entrance & wall off the other entrance to make it into a bedroom. Henry and his team made quick work of our project and the quality of work was excellent. The cost was very affordable! The new room looks amazing, and we will be hiring them again for our next project!
Multitask construction is true to its name! I needed a few projects done at once and they came And got them done. Henrry worked with me to get the right material that they needed. They picked it up so I didn’t have to. Henrry is very knowledgeable and hands on during the project I was blown away. The quality of work they did at my house exceeded my expectations and I am forever thankful for Henrry and his crew. Will use them for my future projects!
Henrry and his entire team did a fantastic job on my bathroom renovations. He kept me informed, gave sound advice on materials and the finished product looks incredible! Wait until you see what he does next in this 30+ year old house. Thank you Henrry
Henrry and his crew did a phenomenal job redoing my bathroom. They took from a 1960 look to a modern 2024 look. The price was well below market price and was afraid that their work would be subpar. Boy was I surprised. They spent long hours to make sure that the job was done right. When they needed to come back to fix a few minor issues AFTER THEY WERE PAID, they responded immediately. I had the boss in my house 24 hours later. When I need them for other jobs, I know who I need to call Henry and his crew at Multitask Construction!
