The movers were professional, kind, and very careful with the furniture. Both movers had excellent attitudes and we’re willing to please.

First and foremost, they were available at the time we needed them, very short notice, when others were not. Arrival was prompt and they moved quickly but carefully, none of that chatting on the phone to another client while the other guy works. They were also extremely polite, not just to us but to each other. Sad to say, that is a rare quality these days. When I wasn’t sure how best to place the couch, the lead mover made a suggestion and it was perfect once they moved it into place. I would absolutely work with them again without hesitation. Thanks guys! We really appreciate you.

They did an amazing job moving everything, with no damage to any of our items. They were very professional throughout the entire process and worked very quick. Will definitely use them again in the future!!

Movers came unprepared, no blankets, tape or mattress cover. In my experience, unheard of. I’ve done several state to state moves in the last 5 years. The lead didn’t know I was moving and thought I was just doing storage. They packed all my things in the truck first for efficiency and speed. Then once they realized I was moving said they’d pack/wrap everything after wards. When we reached the UPack trailer terminal, that’s when they wrapped my items. I was reassured several times they’d wrap it and not to worry. Either way, I’m here with movers unloading the truck and this is how my stuff arrived. I’ve done this process before moving from Chicago to Columbus using a UPack trailer. So many of my things are broken. Also for added context, my stuff was behind a bulkhead so unless the truck was on hydraulics and drag racing, there’s no reason so much movement should’ve happened with my items. I’m hoping they see this review and reimburse me for my coffee table, shoe rack and other broken items or damage I see while these packers unload my stuff. For example, why is my mirror not covered in a blanket? Please zoom in on pictures to see scratches and broken items.

I highly recommend Muscle Movers!!!! Today was the best moving experience I've ever had. John, Joe, and Dillon showed up on time and ready to amaze me. It only took this fantastic team 1 1/2 hours to completely empty my 2nd floor apartment. It was constant movement up and down the stairs carrying 3, sometimes 4 boxes at a time. Not once did I see them take a break. Everything was wrapped carefully for protection. Dillon, Joe, and John worked very well together, knowing what was needed to complete the job. And they did just that. I had a very fun and pleasant experience. Muscle Movers will be my go-to hire for all my moving needs. Thank you to John, Dillon, and Joe for being there for me.

Used Muscle movers to load my POD between selling our home and getting into our new one. We’ve used POD with no issues, no damage or anything of the sort. This time around is different. Muscle movers loaded our POD of all of our big furniture, prior to this i was assured if i left things in the drawers it was ok. So i did. Big mistake. Not only were things turned upside down without my knowledge, a lot of the things are now broken or damaged. Not to mention my furniture is all damaged, leaving only a couple things that are not. Heirlooms are shredded along the sides, gauging in pieces of furniture where knobs rested (those knobs are completely bent inward now) long story short, for $1100, one would be right to expect more care and thoughtfulness. The second day they were hired we moved boxes and other things into a U-Haul and then into a storage unit, we had to completely re-stack things to make things fit, because they were carelessly put into the storage unit. On day two, we were told 3 hours would be x amount anything over would be more. After still needing help, the owner was hounding his employees rushing them because he had booked another job. While they were still working ours??? Careless. Thoughtless. I was going to let those things go, until i saw the state my belongings were left in. Not to mention the overwhelming smell of weed coming from one of the employees the first day. Upon calmly reaching out to Kylee (secretary/owners wife) she was somewhat slow to get back to me, but once she did i explained the situation and almost immediately i could hear the tone change. She mentioned she would be more concerned if her husband hadn’t been on the job the first day, and that she would need to speak to him. I sent pictures. No empathy was shown, and i was quickly given excuses…. I asked if there would be a resolution to these issues, and was and am still being ignored. All in all, if you are well off enough paying $1100 for movers just for them to damage your things and have them take no responsibility…. Hire muscle movers! Otherwise, go with someone else.

2nd time customer whose most recent move was completed on 5/15. Muscle Movers was the obvious choice for my move because they had just moved me to a storage facility 6 months prior and that move went great. They unassembled my bedroom suits at the time of my initial move and said they stored them bolts in the dressers of each set, but when assembling the items at the new place the bolts for my master bedroom were missing. The owner accused me of taking the bolts at which time I had reminded him that I had recommended storing the bolts in my toolbox as I did with my other moves but he assured me their process of putting them in the dresser of the respective set made more sense so I obliged since they’re supposed to be the professionals. At the same time they were looking for the bolts the owner had said they needed to leave, but he could come back and finish looking/setting up but he had to drop his workers off otherwise their rates would begin coming from his pocket. I was not able to stay later to meet him so they did end up staying, but I could tell the owner had an attitude so I offered to let them all leave and finish later in the week, but he agreed to finish while they were there. I was concerned about them staying as I didn’t want to risk the integrity of my son’s nursery bed because of it. The bolts for my master bedroom was never found, but luckily they found my son’s nursery bolts. The owner assured me that they could find some Universal bolts to fit my master room. However, as they finished putting my nursery room together they mysteriously had extra bolts that “fit” my master bedroom and they believed they were to my master bedroom. I questioned this because again I didn’t want the integrity of my son’s bed compromised because of their mistake but they assured me that his bed was put together with all the screws it required. I also recalled from my prior move them saying they were putting my son’s nursery bolts in his dresser and the master bolts in that dresser. I also questioned the extra screws from the nursery as they were made by different manufacturers but they again assured me they believed they were for my master. They ended up using the screws that were left from my son’s room for my master after again assuring me they were for my master. Weeks later, I found the bolts for my master in the wall of the dresser (see attached pic) after having my dresser drawer get stuck which lets me know they did not use the correct bolts to put my master bed together which now has me concerned about the integrity of my bed but also what I might be faced with when we move again. Additionally, my dresser was damaged during the move (a dresser to a bedroom set I had purchased 5 months before my move, a chunk of wood was missing and another piece was pushed in - see pic). The owner first said he had someone who would “fix” it. He later said that he could fix it and would have Kylie, the admin/secretary, contact me to setup time to repair it on Wednesday which never came. The owner never apologized for any inconvenience and I was charged full price so I obviously didn’t tip which I’m big about. As a repeat customer I’m disappointed and will never use this company again. Here we are almost two months later and I have yet to hear from the company about my dresser repair.

I’ve worked with muscle movers for three moves now and I couldn’t imagine a more responsive, friendly, and professional team. They were kind and offered solutions to improvements on packaging items if how I had prepared them could benefit from safer transport. They are always flexible, and communicate any changes, and have truly been life savers in difficult moves. I could not recommend this team enough.

Great, overall experience with Muscle Movers. The team was great and on point. I needed their help, moving commercial equipment that had some heavy pieces. Very smooth move and good people.

Everything about our experience with Muscle Movers was top notch. Nobody missed a beat. All three associates, JR, Koby, and Ross arrived ready to work and with a positive attitude. Moving isn't exactly a fun experience but these guys made it a pleasure for us. JR's the 'packer.' There is no daylight between boxes or pieces of furniture with JR. And I'm not saying that because he's a state champion wrestler. Really. Ross is from NYC and moves at NYC speed. Efficient, personable, and super-helpful. And he's a sound tech to boot. Koby is a linebacker for Heidelberg, but also an all-around athlete, and (get this) actor. At the end of the day, people make a business. With Muscle Movers, you will get some very good people.

John and his team were on time and moved our items quickly and carefully. Will use again

Wasn’t a horrible experience but I should have used a different company. They didn’t come with the right size truck so I couldn’t take some stuff and scratched my washer and dryer.

Muscle Movers were fantastic! From their open communication in calling me when they were an hour out (and about a half hour a head of schedule) to their top of the line professionalism you can not go wrong with John’s team. They busted their butt the whole time they were with me and did not do things that were unnecessary to bill for more hours. We had two full loads and not one complaint! Thanks Muscle Movers you were above my expectations!

These guys were great. Took their time (didn’t rush, therefore pieces were well taken care of), kind gentlemen who were able to carry heavy items across street parking in downtown Columbus. They also reassembled my King bed! Communication was there and I am very appreciative. Glad I found these guys. Already recommended to others 100%.
