Reviews
This team was great. Really attentive to the specific needs of our home!
I highly recommend this company. Maria was on time. actually a few minutes early. She walked through each room with me and discussed what was to be cleaned. I left for a meeting and Maria text me when she and her team were nearing completion. When I came home I was amazed at the great job she and her team did. Definitely above my expectations. Maria walked me through each room and let me review. Everything was ABOVE my expectations. Great job! 5 Star Company for sure!
What can I say? How many superlatives can I use? Our apartment was embarrassingly dirty after our move. Now it looks like we never lived there! The work Maria did is mind blowing and excellent. I want her to keep cleaning my house now. I’m so glad she responded to my request for help.
If “MVIIIM LLC” had actually done the job they were hired to do, or had addressed the issues with their workers and the way they handled their clients, I would have gladly accepted them coming back to correct the problem by thoroughly cleaning my home. Honestly, it would have made me happy to have my new home properly cleaned, and they would have gained another returning client. Unfortunately, after what happened, I no longer felt confident that they would actually resolve the issues.
They did a great job cleaning my clients property. She was on time and was easy to reach when needed. Property looked fantastic, I own my own cleaning business so I know what to look for. I didn’t have to have her correct nothing. Great team!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MVIIIM is legitimately one of the best, if not THE best deep cleaning and move out service I have ever used. The professionalism, responsiveness and thorough cleaning I received is five stars. I read the 1 review that was negative and I cannot tell you how far that is not the truth of my experience. They ensured everything was cleaned from the walls, the base boards, the inside of the dresser, to the fans, blinds, EVERYTHING! I am going to book them again and recommend you do the same.
Showed up early, started right away, and did a great job cleaning what we had discussed. Would recommend and will reach out to again for future cleaning.
Exceptional Service Overall !! Quick respond time and easy to schedule with. More than satisfied the requirements needed. Went above and beyond with their cleaning services. Highly recommend to anyone needing cleaning services.
I wasn’t going to write a review, but after finding so many things that wasn’t done, I think it’s important for people to know how dishonest these people are. I paid for a deep clean, and all I really got was a minimal surface cleaning, not even standard cleaning. There were so many areas that weren’t touched. Ceiling fans were not cleaned. Counter tops were supposed to be wiped down in the kitchen, yet the same ketchup stains that my granddaughter splashed on the surface was still there. The baseboards were an extra charge, but only some were cleaned, but not all. I found so much dust on tables, bugs under the table with spider webs. My kitchen counter was dirty. I didn’t request a refund, because I felt like they needed the money, but my only request is to do what you promise to do on your advertising. I captured a few pictures
