Completely happy with this company. We used them a few months ago, and they were very professional and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Will came on time. He cleaned the carpets in both rooms in a timely fashion. I was happy with the services he provided. Thanks.
Made my carpets look brand new ! He
This gentleman introduced himself & I forgot his name but he did an amazing job!! Our kitchen floor had some major issues & he got on his knees & scrubbed out every spot - we were very pleased with his work!!!
I booked on line, it was easy to navigate and quick. I received confirmation timely. Will came to clean my sofa and two chairs 2 days later. He as very professional yet friendly. We also decided to clean an area rug after he arrived and it was no problem to add it on. Everything came clean and looked brand new. The price was very reasonable and our overall experience was excellent. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.
From the time I requested bids from carpet cleaners through the finished product, MWM was a pleasure to work with. The company was very responsive, answered my questions in a punctual fashion and let us know when they were running behind by 15 minutes. They explained that Berber carpet does get wear patterns ingrained that makes it look like it is stained. I have posted before and after pictures of how one room’s stains disappeared after the cleaning. I would definitely use MWM again.
We are very happy of the cleaning of our white tile.
The coating Will put on my laminate floors lasted 2 weeks. When I complained he put a different coating on the floor which also lasted 2 weeks but when I called about that I never received a return call. I also had to restore the grout in my kitchen because it just wasn't right. Almost $400 for nothing. Pleasant people but …...
Excellent Service and Courteous Staff. Very satisfied with their carpet cleaning and recommend to those looking to hire a local business!
