On a Sunday I got a response quickly and offered to have someone out in a couple hours. Fernando was great and explained what needed to happen for my existing (very old) door/motor to work. Was honest with the cost and was able to complete all of the work within a few hours. Also told me what motor I should replace it with when my current old one dies.
We hired this company to fully remove and replace a single-car garage door, a relatively straightforward job that nonetheless required care and attention. The technician arrived promptly, conducted himself professionally throughout, and navigated our cluttered workspace without issue. The entire project was completed within a few hours, efficiently and to our full satisfaction. We would highly recommend their services.
We decided to search for a garage door company to replace our mechanism, and possibly replace the door. My Garage Guy responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. About 2 hours later, a representative arrived to assess the situation and give us an estimate. We agreed to the proposal for a new mechanism and door.
