Lemec was the best! He was very communicative before coming and so friendly when he got here. During the job he proactively left to go to ace hardware to find paint that would match our wall to fix any holes that he had made even without us asking (I thought I would just cover those later). He made sure my large monitor was going to be secure and helped talked through options based on where the studs were. Everything has been done so quick and we will be reaching out to him for any future hanging needs!
Excellent job with assembling my metal bed frame and box spring for a reasonable price. Very friendly, great communication and professional. I would definitely hire again.
Great job great prices
OMG, this is honestly so frustrating and completely unacceptable. He originally told me it would be $75 to fix it, and I agreed to that price without even bargaining or trying to negotiate. We had already discussed the price and confirmed the appointment based on that agreement. Then, after the appointment was already set and everything was arranged, he suddenly changed the price and came up with a completely different amount. Why give a price in the first place if you’re just going to change it later? I would have understood if there was some unexpected additional work, but changing the agreed price after confirming the appointment is extremely unprofessional. I feel like my time was completely wasted, and honestly, this whole experience left a very bad impression. I absolutely would not recommend this guy to anyone. 100% disappointed. If you’re going to agree on a price with a customer, you should stand by that price instead of changing it afterward. This is simply not the way to do business.
