We hired Elmer to install a sliding door at my home. They responded quickly, gave a quote, and showed up on time. Once they removed the old door, we found a lot of wood rot including a very large beam that needed replacing. Instead of installing over it, they explained the issue, repaired the damaged wood, and redid the waterproofing so the new door is properly sealed. That kind of honesty and attention to detail is rare. The door slides smoothly and fits perfectly, and they cleaned up when they were done. I'd happily hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

This guy gives you a price and then complains about the work. After he starts, I would not recommend this guy for any kind of work. If you want a 1/2 done job, then I would use him, but other than that. He is garbage.

I had a great experience! My door had many damaged window panes that needed to be replaced or else we would need a new door. He picked up the door and brought it back with new window panes. The door looked brand new.
Elmer and his team did a great job on repairing my kitchen floor after a water leak/damage. He's knowledgeable and provided good suggestions. They removed cabinet to get the flooring underneath, put in new subfloor and new tile flooring, repaired drywall, painted walls/trim that were damaged as well. All the repair works were done well and kitchen floor looks amazing! Elmer is very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule.
