We had our kitchen floor redone by Jairo and overall we’ve had a really positive experience working with him. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in his work. His attention to detail really shows: he’s careful, thorough, and makes sure things are done right, which made a big difference in the final result. He showed up when he said he would, kept the space as tidy as possible during the project, and the finished floor really transformed the look of our kitchen. What we especially appreciated was his willingness to come back and take a look when we had a concern afterward. There is a reason he has nothing but 5 star reviews on his page. Jairo is AMAZING! For starters, while on the job, his communication is bar none the best around. Any modifications or anything that he felt we should know, we knew. He made sure we were always on the same page, he communicated cost expenses, material, things that were an oversight, and voiced his opinions without makin us feel pressure to agree to anything. Now for his work, His work is PERFECTION. We had our bathroom tiled from floor to ceiling and the walls were out of plumb. He did the extra work to ensure the walls were perfect and let me tell you, it made a WORLD of difference when I needed to install the shower door. 10/10 5-stars will definitely call him again. Very experienced and it shows.
Jairo did a big kitchen tile project for us. From the get go, we could tell that Jairo understood our vision and was willing to work with us on our preferences. His attention to detail and professionalism were apparent from the first time he came out to our house. We also liked that Jairo is a family man and interacted well with our little kids. Jairo did not rush through our project, as we expected another contractor that gave us a quote might. When Jairo hit a snag that was a result of our home's previous owner, he kept us informed and gave us options about how to proceed. I am highly recommending “the tile guy”. He did an amazing job replacing my bedroom carpet with tiles. He was very timely, clean, and professional. He even guided me in some design elements. He takes pride of his work and puts extra attention to details to make sure that everything ends up perfect. His pricing was also very reasonable. If you need any tile installation services, you’ll not find a better guy. I’m for sure going to hire him for all my future projects.
We hired Jairo to demo our old bathroom and install new tile for the floors and shower walls. Jairo did an outstanding job! He was professional, meticulous, and expertly solved any issues that came up. A true perfectionist and master, his work is beautiful. Highly recommend!!
Jairo was awesome! I would hire him again. His knowledge and ability to explain the scope is exceptional. His pricing is fair and factors in the complexity of the job. Where others might low ball to get the job and then double the cost for completion. Jairo’s price remains consistent based on his communication at the onset of the project.
Always late, not prepared, then walked off the job. He’s more interested in getting paid upfront and not delivering on his work than being reliable. He cancelled on a client to finish my job more quickly and barely started the work by the time it was supposed to be finished. And he is not licensed.
“My Tile Guy” did an amazing job on our floors, light and ceiling fan installations, and bathroom fixtures. He does quality work, was always on time, and answered all of our questions. He also gave us a fair price and was flexible with our timing. We will definitely use him for future home projects.

Jairo is a lifesafer and a master of his craft! We have been dealing with a pesky shower leak in our primary bathroom that required taking out the whole bottom of the shower and completely redoing it. Jairo worked fast, was extremely professional and polite while working in our house, and did a tremendous job! We already recommended him to one of our close friends for their own tile project.

Mr. Jairo, of My Tile Guy, did a very nice job for us. The job was a bit unusual from his work with ties, but he still completed the job well and on time. He covered my balcony floor with the type of material used to cover indoor car garages and it was not his familiar tiles installation. I asked him to wear a mask and booties and he did not hesitate to do so, which I appreciated. Thank you, Jairo, for a job well done!
