Highly recommend! Mckenzie took his time to figure out our wifi network problems, and even suggest better alternatives for what we were looking to accomplish! Extremely responsive, polite and professional, and appreciated him wearing a mask in our home due to COVID. After completing our initial task, we’ve already scheduled a follow up for another task. We have his card and will only be using his company for our future IT and house connectivity needs!

This was a great experience. Our router stopped working suddenly. McKenzie did a great job of diagnosing the issue, going out and getting me set up with new equipment and navigating Xfinity/Comcast. We’re setup with a new system and back online. This is our first time using Thumbtack and we highly recommend MyHomeNetAv.
