What an amazing experience to work with an intelligent and professional general contractor! We’re still in the planning phase of our project, but I already feel so confident and happy about choosing Niv. From the start, the communication has been clear, responsive, and thoughtful. Every detail is carefully considered, and I can truly see how much experience and professionalism is behind each recommendation. Niv has taken the time to understand our vision, made smart suggestions we hadn’t thought of, and have been incredibly organized throughout the process. Planning can often feel overwhelming, but they’ve made it easy and even enjoyable. I’m genuinely excited to move into the next phase of the work knowing we’re in such good hands.
