Bryan responded quickly, was nice and communcated with the contractor. They came back quickly with a quote, which I accepted, and scheduled for the next day which was important as city inspectors were coming the next day. Bryan assured me they would come and complete the work the next day before the inspection. I woke to find a revised quote in my email with a higher than agreedupon figure. I asked them to do the work at the already agreed upon figures and got no reply. I then recevied a text the next day after the missed inspection that, "a personal matter took me out of town, i'm back and can complete the work tomorrow". I said ok and asked if the would discount the work 10% because they missed my inspection date and urgency was no longer required as i assumed the original bid was increased due to next day urgency. No reply a week later. If you schedule and miss just send a notice, if you don't want the job just say so.... They followed back up the next day, advised an emergency came up and then proceeded to schedule with my tenant and complete the requested repairs at a fair price. I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars because of the nice customer service and quick work completion once everything was clear. It was a bit challenging communicating through multiple intermediaries otherwise 5 stars.
