Overall Kelly did a good job. I need to talk to her about a couple things next time she comes.

Great work, super friendly. House looked and smelled great!
first experience, very polite and responsive to needs. The cleaning goals I asked for were completed and I will have her come again
Great job deep cleaning a big house. Great result, thank you.
Literally the worst clean I’ve ever had. See pictures, that is how she “made” my bed, my comforter wasn’t even put in the duvet cover correctly. Crumbs were left on my counter, splatter still on the oven + back splash. Picture of my floor is everything I swept up after she left. There was still dog food on the floor and I asked if she had vacuumed and she said she didn’t vacuum throw rugs (I guess she also doesn’t shake them out either). I think the only floors she mopped were my kitchen floors. I’m not totally sure what she did do. She mentioned her and her kids were sick that week and she gave me $75 off but I typically pay the discounted rate for much better cleans. Do not reccomend.
