They were professional and did an excellent job. For the past two months, I’ve battled with a major lawn contracting service with awful customer experience and four of their pros who all did sub-standard jobs. I wish I would have found Nature Path sooner. They arrived when they said they would and performed the agreed upon basic mowing plus weed eating with attention to detail. Even my picky father was quite pleased with their work! I highly recommend them!

Really happy with the work done! Mother Nature forced a delay, but the communication was great and they kept me posted on the new schedule. When they arrived, they were right on time, worked hard, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Outstanding customer service—definitely using them again!

I reached out asking about a particular type of service, and they sent me an invoice prior to the start of the job that was labelled for something else. I didn't question it, and that's on me, but I signed it and they did the work that was on the invoice. It was not the job I had asked for, so when I hesitated to pay and I reached out, they at first tried to argue with me, but then when I sent screenshots proving I hadn't asked for that work, they finally came back and said they could lower the charged price for what they had completed (a leaf removal), because it "would have needed to be done" prior to the other job I *did* ask for. None of that was discussed in our original chats. I told them I never would have asked them to do a simple cleanup, as I already had a guy for that and he charged far less than they did for it. Overall, not a good experience at all.

Whoever picks up the to speak is the rudest. And I certainly know it’s one of the guys that do the work. Get some etiquette books and learn manners and customer service.

It was great working with Nature Path landscaping! They were very patient and got the job done perfectly. I definitely recommend them. They trimmed my neighbor's tree and cut the grass and they even edged it very nicely! The guys were amazing and very respectful!!
