My experience with this vendor has been extremely concerning and raises serious questions about their business practices. After collecting my deposit weeks ago, they have failed to provide even a single confirmed project start date. Despite multiple written attempts to obtain basic scheduling information, the vendor has been consistently unresponsive, evasive, and unable to provide any concrete commitment. The pattern of taking payment, providing no timeline, and repeatedly failing to respond to direct inquiries is unacceptable and, in my opinion, creates the appearance of potential fraudulent inducement — accepting funds without demonstrating any clear intent or ability to perform the contracted work. Communication has been virtually nonexistent. The few responses I did receive were vague, inconsistent, and provided no actionable information. At no point has the vendor met even the most basic professional obligations expected of a legitimate service provider. In my view, no consumer should proceed with this vendor unless they are prepared for prolonged delays, nonexistent communication, and the risk of paying for work that never begins. This has been one of the most unprofessional and troubling experiences I have encountered, and I strongly recommend avoiding this business entirely.
