I’ve worked in the HVAC industry for near 37 years, more than long enough to know a good HVAC tech when I meet one, & long enough to know that I’m done crawling through crawl spaces 🤣. Jonathan responded to my call very quickly, showed up the next morning as scheduled on time, went down into my mom’s dark & creepy crawl space without complaint, fought off a few wild critters that had apparently taken up residence, & promptly diagnosed the problem, a flattened capacitor. Unprompted, he also checked & topped off the refrigerant. And he did all of this in 3 hours at a very fair price. I should mention that I kept apologizing for the condition of my recently deceased mom’s home. All I received in return from Jonathan was empathy & kindness. So many HVAC service companies only want to sell you new equipment regardless of whether you actually need it or not. It’s become far more difficult to find one who is honest & actually has the skills to diagnose & repair equipment that still has life in it. I strongly & enthusiastically recommend Nautilus.
Honest respectful extremely knowledgeable in all phases of HAVC. Clear communication and price was more than fair. Have built over 1600 new homes in Guilford County worked many that thought they were good. Jonathan is better than he realizes. Highly recommended

Jonathan responded quickly from my first contact with him. He assessed the job gave a good quote and started the job the next day for us . He does quality work and is very professional and courteous. I would recommend him and we will definitely hire him again if needed !
