This was a wonderful experience! A cherished chest from my grandmother had a broken leg and I could not find anybody to do a suitable repair and restoration. The work was done in my home in one morning and the chest looks gorgeous! He was responsive, on time and very professional. He cleaned up after himself and polished the dresser before leaving. Cannot give enough five star reviews!

Quickly diagnosed the issue with the sofa recliner mechanism. He was fast and to the point with our problem. We will use again if needed.
Excellent service from start to finish. The washer and dryer pedestals were installed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything is level, secure, and working perfectly. Quality workmanship and respectful service—I would definitely recommend.
Pavel repaired 3 of the drawers in my dresser. I was actually considering getting rid of the dresser if the drawers couldn’t be fixed but now I won’t have to. I have had this dresser for 14 years and it still looks good (see pic). Now maybe I can keep it another 14 years.
Pavel did a amazing job. He was on time and very professional. Quality of his work is amazing. He knocked out two of my projects in 45minutes. I will highly recommend him to anyone. Two thumbs up.
This music cabinet is an heirloom that has been in the family for many years. The years have not been kind to it and it was finally knocked off its feet by running grandchildren. I contacted Mr. Pavel Marakin through Thumbtack. His response was immediate, he quoted a good price and came to my house the next day. He explained everything that could be done and gave me a number of choices. He took the cabinet away and completed it within the week. The cabinet was restored and is now beautiful. The fine work was immaculate. Even though I knew where the damage was, I could not see any evidence. I will certainly use his services again and highly recommend him to others.
My job while small, hanging a few pictures and removing standard wire handing shelf in my spare room closet… I couldn’t add all of the what “Did I like” options… Pavel fulfilled them all! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and gives advice. Walks you through his process. Ensures measurements are aligned. I can’t wait for him to come back and do more work. I’m putting my list together now. Don’t think about it! BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Pavel. He said he’d be here around 10 and he was the whole time he was here he worked. He wasn’t on personal cell calls, he did not take breaks. He worked the entire time that he was here and that is great value for my dollar! I had him turn a coat closet into a pantry and it looks great!! I have a few other things around the house that need done. I’ll be calling him to make an appointment.
I was impressed with his responsiveness initially but his professionalism and the quality of his work was soon evident. I will contact Pavel again as well as recommend him to others.
Pavel was Awesome, very professional, courteous and prompt!
