I called them for a free roof inspection and identify a broken misplaced tile which I found on my driveway. ori echo came on time, kept me updated on a bit traffic delay, and used a drone to scan the roof. he showed me drone images and no misplaced broken tiles were found but there were few loose tiles which needed to be fixed , which I got fixed by another person. he is professional,honest and knowledgeable on roof and explained me a bit on tiles though misplaced broken tile remain a mystery .

He had an awesome presentation on how the work would be done, and easily explained it to me and my wife. We have not yet made a decision to hire them yet, but we are really close to saying yes. Wife & I have a couple of more things to think about, before we hire them. I would definitely be comfortable enough to suggest this company given the positive energy that Ido brought.
