I hired NDM to remove an old, cracked patio in my back yard and the work the did was very good. The job wound up taking a full 12 hours but the crew stayed and completed the job in one day. They also cleaned everything up really well which was much appreciated. I am looking forward to finishing the rest of the project with this company.

Ismael and his team did a great job repairing the cosmetic skim coat on our foundation! I will use them again
We couldn't be happier with the work from NDM General Construction! We had them demo our rotting deck and create a new patio for our backyard! They were efficient, professional, had great work quality and incredible value for the project. We highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for future projects!
Ismael and his crew were fantastic! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of my home. They went above and beyond, making sure all debris was thoroughly cleaned up. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommend for any remodeling projects!
Got my patio extended and they did a great job, got 4-5 bids and NDM was extremely competitive, the most responsive, and pointed out things the other companies missed. The project was delayed a month waiting on my HOA and they were super patient and got my on the schedule the same week once I was ready
The transformation from our flowerbed to the new concrete looks so clean now! Israel and his guys did a great job on our house. He was so professional and really they worked so hard to make it exactly how we asked. Thanks again!
I had NDM demo and remove my 8' x 10' cracked concrete patio. Ismael was very professional, reasonably priced, and reliable (made all appts on time and day of starting work). I would not hesitate to have NDM work on another project of mine.
Ismael spent a lot of time up front with me to understand exactly what I needed and to help come up with the best placement of my RV garage slab. His crew showed up on time everyday and were courteous and professional. The job came out good and I would hire him again.
Ismael and his crew did a great job removing concrete in preparation of new landscaping- would definitely recommend!
Ismael and his team crushed it. Very responsive and updated me daily. He poured a garage foundation for me, did it timely, and for a fair price. Highly recommend.
Very nice to work with.
Excellent quality of concrete driveway, front door walkway, backyard patio, backyard walkway. They took care of city permits and inspection process too so I don't need to worry a thing. I will hire them for any future concrete work.
I was very pleased with the results. This company did an awesome job with my driveway. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Great Job!
Ismael completed a few projects for us: removal of a flagstone patio, and old cracking concrete driveway, installation of limestone pavers, and installation of a semi-permanent fence. If I could hire Ismael for every house project I have going forward, I would. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure our projects were done ASAP. The quality was top-notch. And, most importantly, Ismael is kind and responsive. That's definitely not a given with contractors. 11/10. Would hire again!
Ismael, did a great job adding on to my existing patio. I added 9’ x 25’ and raised existing patio. I would hire again.
Ismael and his team were nothing short of spectacular! I had a concrete patio demoed, removed and a new one installed. They were able to fix the eyesore our last contractor left us. Overall, Ismael was fast at replying and providing an estimate, had reasonable pricing, showed up on time and finished the job quicker than I had hoped; all without skimping on quality. Would definitely recommend.
awesome!!! had a driveway expansion and concrete pad installed. Ismael was extremely knowledgeable, super responsive to any concern, and just overall amazing. We had a few other companies quote a bit less, and some who showed up and did not bother even quoting. But we chose NDM due to his professionalism and knowledge and it was so well worth it. He replies in terms of minutes not days. Showed up on time as promised, did the work as promised and quickly. they also did the job with top quality materials and is real solid work. would highly recommend.
Took six days to reply
Good work and prompt. Very professional.
Ismael was extremely professional throughout the whole process of our project. He explained every step in detail and finished the job sooner than expected. Am very happy with our new patio! Thank you so much!
