I’ve had this nagging buckling condition in a small section of engineered wood flooring in my back hall that I finally decided to have repaired. Nick from NDS Renovations was quick to respond. He came over, diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. He was very professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call on him again for future floor installation projects. I highly recommend.

Nick and his brother are nice and courteous. Would welcome working with them again BUT they need to improve work quality and attention to detail. Things like getting the invoice correct, not remembering that patching up imperfections is part of their agreement (Nick did offer to come back and fix after I pointed it out), and work on the paint and the grout that really should look like they were professionally done and not a DIY project. We had to point out places that they needed to clean up. After the work was done, we continue to find things that were just poor workmanship. I do think that Nick would have come back to make things right. It boils down to experience. I think they will get better, but they need supervision to make sure the work is getting done to your expectations .
Nick was great to work with. He repaired some wood flooring for us in our kitchen and baseboard trim. His prices were reasonable, he did a great job and he showed up when he said he would. I would definitely hire him again in the future.
Overall a great experience. Trust them for your home reno needs!
They’ve completely transformed my home! Anything I asked to be taken care of that wasn’t part of the original plan, they did it no questions asked! They’ve gone above and beyond! There’s still some putdoor stuff they have to do, which recent weather has hampered the progress on, but I’m confident it will be just as transformative as the indoor work. I will definitely be calling NDS for any future projects :)
RJ was very professional and did great work! He was very considerate of working in our home and left the shower and bathroom clean and tidy.
Nick was excellent, very informative and explained the process, provided timely quotes and the finished shower turned out great!
Nick seemed very busy but was still able to it me in next day for a tile repair in my bathroom. Very easy to work with, professional, and did great work. Highly recommend for projects big or small.
Thanks for the help. They did a great job.
Nick and team did a fantastic job. We had backsplash put in, along with redoing fireplace tile. Very easy to communicate with and schedule. Quote was reasonable and quality was high. I would recommend them for tile projects.
I am very pleased with the work NDS did at my home. He came out to look at the job and talked through options with me. I appreciated the time he took to really understand I wanted. They arrived right on time to do the job. They were courteous and respectful of my home. The work they did is top notch! They gave me a beautiful product and I am much happier with my floor.
NDS owner Nick and his helper were very considerate and professional. Oh and handsome too! Nick responded immediately to my inquiries via Thumbtack going above and beyond giving me information based off of photos I shared. We scheduled the job for the next business day. They showed up on time and completed the job very quickly and it looks Great. Very affordable too.
So grateful I used this company. I had some flooring work done by another company who never came back to complete my flooring job. Nick stepped right in and completed the unfinished project. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, quick and kept in touch throughout the completion of my job. He was also very reasonably priced. I will definitely be hiring him again to do other upcoming projects.
They did a great job with my re-grouting project! Looked like new!
Nick always does a good job. Used his services several times.
The team did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing the grout. I would definitely recommend again.
Very fast to respond and did excellent work installing my kitchen backsplash.
Never showed up for estimate.
Needed shower tile repairs and didn't know what exactly I'd need to get them done. Nick took care of it all and within a week of the initial consultation. I highly recommend NDS!
Nick was great and stayed in touch with me. He sent RJ out who was young but did a great job. Very nice people to work with. Caulked and cleaned my shower and repaired some grout.
