I had a great experience with Neighborly Shine! They did an amazing job cleaning my windows, arrived on time, and worked quickly without cutting corners. I also appreciated that they offered to clean my gutters while they were here. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Reviews
I was able to schedule the window cleaning within one day of my phone call. The price was very reasonable. The young man who did our windows was super personable and did an excellent job under circumstances that were less than ideal. I will happily recommend this company in the future.
First time user for a project of this value. I found Dominic and Team (work in pairs) to be extremely polite and punctual. They don’t leave until the job they set out to do is completed. I had them add gutter guards to my mainly upstairs side of the roof (parts I’m not comfortable addressing myself). Those two I can tell were brought up right, very respectful. 👍 In addition I had them do some pointing work on the ground and 2nd floors which I was happy with. Everything looked great. Why did I rate them x 1 star short? It’s the follow up or trying to reach them after , I found poor. A month later our 1st storm hit, that’s when I noticed water was not going into the gutters but over them. We used a large mesh gutter, holes large enough to prevent that. I have clear water lines and puddle holes on my left property. I’d be ok had if there was no concern of it affecting my foundation. And yes, my gutters were cleaned before installation Getting hold of them to revisit two corners, is like looking for good in Iceland .
I'm very satisfied with their service
hired to clean the windows and only cleaned the glass, didn't wipe the windows or the sills. multiple windows were not cleaned. didn't respond when I reached out and said I was unhappy.
Good value. Professional. Would highly recommend!
These guys were great. We had an open line of communication consistently and they even were able to come early for us when we needed. I would hire them again in the future. Kind men who explained everything to me as well.
The team showed up early to the job, were respectful and courteous and did a great job. They’ll be helping with an additional job later this week as well.
My 100 year old house needed the siding cleaned. I was very impressed with the outcome. I highly recommend them for siding cleaning.
very nice and knowledgeable young men took time to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it i have already booked them to do more work
Really nice people and took care of the gutters quickly. The price was reasonable and will hire again if needed.
The team did a great job in cleaning the gutters, and even showed me the before and after pictures.
Super nice
Dom and Ian were vry nice young men that presented themselves as true professionals. They got the job scheduled and done in record time. I will definitely be calling them again.
Incredible experience with them. They’re very polite, attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. I did a gutter cleaning service with them and I really appreciated how extensive the cleaning was. It’s rare to find sincere companies like this. Give them a try. Well worth it.
Very professional from the first contact to finish. They used a scheduling system, so I received a confirmation and a reminder. The service techs arrived early and the first thing they did was take off their shoes. That is a sign of respect! They worked together a tackled the job in a timely fashion.
Working with Neighborlyshine was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, quick to schedule, and arrived right on time. Their quote was highly competitive, and the team was wonderful to chat and work with. The windows and power washing look fantastic, I would definitely hire them again!
Great people with flexible accommodations and very helpful! I have now contacted them for multiple services.
