Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. After we paid for maintenance on the air-conditioning units at our hotel, one of the units began leaking. We immediately contacted the technician, and he repeatedly promised to return and correct the problem. However, he failed to keep his appointments and continued giving us excuses. We operate a hotel, and an air-conditioning problem directly affects our guests and costs us money. A professional service provider must be responsible, communicate clearly, and honor scheduled appointments. Based on our experience, this company did not meet those standards.

Nelson did an excellent job painting our fireplace. He explained the process, was very patient and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Nelson also was generous with his time when we asked if he could help us hang a large painting. He was willing to check with a level several times to make sure it was properly mounted. We really appreciated the work he did and will definitely reach out to him for other projects.
