I had a great experience with Neptune Plumbing. Reasonably priced, good value. Mo showed up on time. He is a very friendly customer oriented guy. He had to go back to his shop as he did not have with him the cutter I wanted him to use. He came back in about an hour and did everything exactly as I wanted him to do. I will definitely use him again and would recommend to others.
Moe is fantastic! Compared to two other plumbing companies Moe was so reasonable. He taught us about how things work… treated us as adults. No sales pitch. No fancy iPad where fixing a toilet seat is $2000. Just a great guy who did a great job.

Honestly amazed by what happened. I am a mother of 4 kids and today has been pretty all over the place. We hired Neptune Plumbing to replace our shower valve and everything seemed fine until they estimated around $1,000 for the the replaced valve. I think he saw how desperate we were to get it done. We agreed to this price just to get it done. He opened up the wall, saw everything including the valve, and then decided to remove our shower valve WITHOUT talking to us about any changes. After he removed our shower valve, he tells us that he will need $400 more. There was nothing stopping him from talking to us before he removed our shower valve. He saw our new valve and saw our old valve. He literally removed our ability to turn our water on and then asks for more money even though he saw everything in front of him. This is extortion. I wanted to get our lawyer involved but my husband told me that the guy seems young, inexperienced, and tired. I find this funny because the guy literally said "But your water is off" after my husband said no to the extra $400. I really hope this is a new hire, seemed strange to have this kind of behavior. My husband did say that the guy left some of his things around the house, he might have been tired. Still... this is silly.
If I could give Moe and Neptune plumbing more than 5 stars I would. I messaged Moe late on Sunday as water was pooling up around my sewer drain in my basement. Moe was quick to respond and was able to come assess the problem the next morning. After about 5mins Moe quickly diagnosed the issue that my sump pump was not working properly. Moe than took the time to offer me multiple options and pricing tiers to replace my old sump pump. He helped me pick the best option for my house and budget. He was able to secure my new sump pump that same day and was even nice enough to work late that night to replace it knowing that we had rain in our upcoming forecast. I would not hesitate to recommend Moe and Neptune Plumbing to anyone who is in need of plumbing services. Thanks Moe!
Moe went above and beyond to take care of our plumbing needs. His creative solutions took our job down from over $1000 to $250! Another plumber quoted us $2400! I was about to delete the entire Thumbtack app because of the bad luck we’d had with other plumbers (we went through multiple- they’d not show up or try to overcharge us), I thought maybe this app was no good. We were so lucky to find a gem with Moe. He did a lot of research to help us with our issue and offered a variety of solutions. He explained the pros and cons of each option as well as the pricing with receipts. He was professional, showed up on time, and did great work. I was sure to get a card from him because he will be our plumber for any future plumbing needs!
