Derek came to look at our dishwasher. Unfortunately, my son fell on it and the door has to be replaced. What I admire most about him and respect that he was honest. It was going to cost us more to get the door fixed then to just replace it with a new one. I appreciate his honesty especially giving me the correct information and advice. Thank you

Derek really tried to make sure I knew what was going on with my washer and dryer and took the time to show me things on them so that I would know how to better take care of them myself. He did his best to give me the most bang for my buck, which I really appreciate. He obviously cares about people and doesn't just see them as wallets. Nesbit has also been really good about responding quickly to all of my messages.
I highly recommend Nesbit Innovations. Derek responded quickly & was easy to communicate with. Not only did he come out the very next morning, he was able to quickly locate our laundry machine's problem - a quick, affordable new washplate & we'll be good to go. (You can see how corroded and stripped it is on my 2 pics). I plan on using Nesbit Innovations again for my honey-do list, that have been sitting on the back burner for way too long.
