After some scheduling conflicts, the team was initially a no-show. HOWEVER, Kevin did reach out to me to apologize, come the same day they called, and for half the rate to make up for things. They did a phenomenal job, were knowledgeable, respectful, and cleaned up when they were done. I would hire them again for future projects.
Kevin tackled the project I had with thoughtfulness and was very thorough. Even though I am in a new build home, he found an issue with the cables and was able to fix it on the spot. He tested everything out to make sure my internet was working as it was supposed to. I would ask them to come back again if I ever needed more tech support in my home.
