We had a problem with our AC unit and New Air fixed it on the same day. The technician (Taras) was very knoweldgeabke and able to identify the problem quickly and fix it. I will call them again for another project.
They came on time. Work was completed quickly. But they charged an additional $100 just for coming - this was above the price for the service.
Andy and Taras make a good team and the overall experience was very good. Taras explained the problem and the options very well with my heater very well. Taras did a very good job and left me worth detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect in future. He also gave me options of the make of a new heat pump if I chose to buy be in future. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would call them again if a need arose and recommend them as a good company to get the job done.
Newer technology wasn’t able to do the job but he recommended a really wonderful heating and air man at Integrity Heating And Cooling it was wonderful
