Great price on flooring and installation. I felt they rushed a bit and the title removal was more difficult than expected. A few dings on walls due to rushing to finish. The floor looks beautiful.

Eduard, his father and another gentleman helped with a slight renovation at my home. For starters, my house was built in 2020 so it was pretty new to begin with. I originally contacted Eduard for new flooring and baseboards, but saw that he offered other services and asked about painting my 2300 sq feet home. We met, agreed on a price and he began work very quickly. Eduard, has a very calm demeanor. The flooring was done decently, however the flooring in one of the bedrooms was not leveled so it feels like you’re walking down/up a slope. Also, I’ve already started to notice chipping in some places, likely due to the hammering the flooring in place. My biggest disappointment was the painting. Every single door in my house was not painted properly and all trim was not painted properly. You can see through each door and the work was just sloppy. I asked for my stair bannister to be sanded and painted, and they tried to spray paint it a brown tan color, I asked that it be left alone and handled that myself. Parts of the walls weren’t painted properly and some of the trim was not painted. I had to hire someone else to fix the poor paint job, I’m not certain what I’ll do about the chipped flooring yet. I discussed my dissatisfaction and I was given a discount. Though I still paid tens of thousands of dollars just to have to hire someone else. We inquired about the issue with the job and was told it was because of furniture, I have a normal amount of furniture in my house. Even less actually because I sold my couch and chairs. Somehow my shower door was shattered, they replaced it. But the glue is also very sloppy. Pictures are worth a thousand words so I’ll attach some for review. Maybe the job was too large, I don’t know. But here I am, two months later and I am still picking up the pieces to this.
Edward and his team did an excellent job removing my old carpet in my two-story condo and replacing it with luxury vinyl. They replaced all of the flooring upstairs (and bathroom tile). At first I was only going to do the bedroom in the bathroom and decided to move forward with the entire upstairs. Edwards pricing is fair and they do really professional work. I wish that him and his team could do more renovations in my house because I would hire them for everything. I’m incredibly grateful and my home looks like a brand new space upstairs. 🌟🌟🌟
We had a water incident that left us with half of the floor in our living room on a discontinued floor. Edward and team were so understanding and knew exactly how to fix it! They were punctual, easy to work with, kind, and worked very quickly. They finished a 2-day job in one day. We will definitely hire them again for future projects!

New House Builders did a fantastic job! The removed all of our tile and carpet and laid new laminate and baseboards in just 4 days. They also did a great job cleaning up since tile removal creates a lot of dust.
