they did an excellent job overall. Showed up as promised and stayed until the job was complete. We're very happy with the finished product.
Excellent experience from start to finish! He was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail. He worked efficiently without cutting corners and made sure everything was done properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the quality of the finished product. His pricing was fair, communication was great, and the entire experience was seamless. It’s hard to find someone this reliable and skilled. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be using him again!
Thank you so much he came in and did exactly what I asked him to do.
Great job fixing another contractors mess. Good honest guy will be using again ! Thanks
I contacted him on Saturday, and he came that same day; we agreed on the work, and since I needed it done urgently, he did it on Sunday. Excellent work—fast, clean, and at a lower cost than the others I contacted (who, besides that, couldn't even come to look at the job or charged for the estimate). Highly recommended.
Andrii did a great job installing 3 ceiling fans and a dimmer switch. I really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge which helped me understand potential limitations with the type of switch I was initially wanting to install. He was very responsive, punctual, and performed the installs efficiently whilst also cleaning up afterwards. I am excited to continue to work with him and New Improvements LLC on future projects.
Andrii did a great job. Was communicative about when he was able to come and did the job quickly and well. Getting the 4 heavy shelves to all line up in our library room. Thanks so much!
I wasn't familiar with Thumbtack but I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed so I started looking up reviews...Andrew had the best customer reviews so I took a chance on him!!! It took several hours but the exhaust fan with a sensitivity timer was installed and I can honestly give you one word to describe this man & his work: PERFECTION...from start to finish!!! Highly, highly recommend him!
Fixed our bathroom exhaust fan quickly and at a reasonable price.
Andrii was an absolute legend! Quickly responded on a sweltering hot day where we needed to have our ceiling fans installed and was very professional and competent. Would recommend him very highly!
Just a simple mailbox install but Andrew was great - responsive, cleaned up thoroughly, mailbox nice and level. Very professional all in all
I accidentally walked into one of my kitchen cabinet doors and broke the door, which split, but not at the hinge. I was not able to get a replacement door because the manufacturer no longer sells the door. I reached Andrii Chabanovych through Thumbtack, and he stopped by my house to review the damage. He informed me he could repair and reinforce the door. Six (6) days later he returned with the repaired door and reinstalled it. The first 3 pictures below show the damaged door, and the 4th picture shows the door has been repaired and reinstalled. Andrii was extremely professional, on time for our 2 in-home meetings, very responsive to my questions and his price was very reasonable. He also tightened the screws that had loosened on another cabinet door at no additional cost. I highly recommend Andrii for carpenter-related jobs.
Andrew is fantastic! I had him fix my broken mailbox. First, He replaced the 4x4 pressure treated post, secured the new post with sica, and then reattached my mailbox securely.
Replaced switch in no time! Had a spare in their car as well and definitely appreciate it!
Andrew and his work partner did a great job hanging our ceiling fan! Fast and efficient work. Very satisfied and highly recommended! Thanks guys!
