I would recommend to hire Farrad and his team for small jobs only. Farrad is an extremely friendly individual, however his team does not have the bandwidth to handle and prioritize the needs of a larger job. My job was for a 280 square foot extension with a crawlspace. I have been working with Farrad for over 6 months engaged in a larger value general contracting job. He has not been able to remediate issues on a timely manner and usually cites that his business does not have the free flowing cash on hand to focus on these issues, often requesting more money from myself outside of the contracted needs to resolve the issues his team causes. I have been extremely communicative in suggesting ways to prevent these issues. However these requests were not heard and as a result major issues did arise. These issues have gone unresolved for weeks or months: flooding in the basement, backyard, house, trash piles with food attracting animals, and severe electrical cable damages. I have also noted gate damages, patio tile damages, generally just not following the architectural plans that were agreed upon such as installing 2x4's instead of 2x6's. Be careful when entering into a larger value contract with this group and make sure your terms of remediation if and when issues arise are clearly spelled out.

Great work on my parent's kitchen. They really went the extra mile to make sure my parent's were pleased. I'd hire them again.
new world Development didn't work for me
Everything is going great!
Contractor was very responsive in the beginning. He showed up and reviewed the work I wanted and seemed professional. However, I was promised a quote on bathroom and kitchen remodeling but never heard from contractor again--even though I reached out to him for a status. He never responded back. Disappointed.
I let them know what I needed they said they charged for itemized, I told them I just needed a General walk-through not itemized I was never responded back to.
Professional, great communication, on time and very detailed about the job.
Mr Farrad was excellent all around. He responded quickly. Came to our home quickly and did the job quickly. Highly recommend this guy and his company for your home needs. We simply had a door 🚪 installed leading into the basement from our kitchen. It looks great.
He is not started to work yet but we have contacted each other and done estimates. So far he has been very professional very pleased
Very courteous and professional, waiting for estimate. 5 stars.
It is so hard to find a good GC these days. Farrah and his team are the epitome of professionalism and integrity. They are my go to now
Before and after photos below, I would like to start off by saying he isn’t the cheapest out there but I definitely had more expensive estimates while looking for someone to replace the door. He knew what he was doing and made the proper adjustments to a door he was able to purchase and bring over to make my life easier for this special sizing door. I was very satisfied with how it came out and I would recommend him for sure!
Farrad did top notch work. From his high responsiveness, punctuality, flexibility in adapting to my requests (he brought spray foam because I was worried about air tightness), to his willingness and ability to adapt to unforeseen existing conditions, I was most satisfied with his workmanship and am looking forward to a warmer living room with my newly installed exterior door. Highly recommend.
Thank you Farad, you did an excellent job. Garage door installed and rear kitchen door.
First I am so pleased with the complete project which Farrad installed mirrored sliding closet doors in one room. His professionalism is top tier, very knowledgeable on what was required to give the ultimate look. I forward in working with on future projects.
Farrad was wonderful! He came to our home and gave a detailed explanation of the project and cost breakdown. The work was done in a timely manner and to a high quality standard. We are so happy with our new doors!
Pro did not attend to projects as agreed upon. He did job as he seen fit and I had to have him make corrections several times. He did not complete projects as agreed upon and specified or on time and now I have to find another pro for some of the projects. His workers did not clean up behind themselves and created a hazard on my laminate flooring that requires professional cleaning now.
Farrad was super responsive and aided me in purchasing the right door I needed, cutting it down to do fit the door frame, and installing the locks I had purchased for it. Being a landlord that resides in a different state than Chicago, IL finding honest, reputable, punctual and responsive vendors is hard, but Farrad made this process easy and seemless. Thank you!
Farrad was EXCELLENT. Extremely professional and excellent work.
We were left with an incomplete kitchen after a bad experience with Lowes. We called New World Development and within the hour he responded and came over to see the work and given us a quote. The following week they completed the work in 3 days with Julio, an amazing employee of his. The quality was amazing, and the price was very fair for the amount of work they did. They were speedy yet professional and detailed oriented. I am extremely thankful for their dedication to helping us complete this work and will definitely be calling them for our next project from the start. Could not recommend them more!!!
