NewCoast Construction was a blessing to work with. They’re professional, prompt, and reasonable. I had a vision for my master bathroom, which the licensed contractor, Mo, was able to help me conceptualize and execute. I could not have designed it without him. Once we had completely upgraded the bathroom, his team was then hired to replace the tile on my ground level flooring. Not only was this a challenge due to asymmetrical dimensions, but also because of the tile sizes and materials utilized. His team was respectful, diligent, and skilled. I highly recommend this company for all home renovation needs. Please see before and after photos.

Mo helped me to remodel a bathroom. His team did a great job and was very responsive to my request in the process.
Mo and his team are the A team. Excellent work. Clear communication. Solid work ethic. Mo will take care of you like his family. 1000% recommended.
Our son recently purchased a fixer upper home. Both bathrooms were disgusting, so we had Mo come and give us a price for the master bathroom. He was professional, friendly, and on time. We are so pleased with the work that him and his crew did. It went from filthy to beautiful in a couple of weeks. They worked when they came and came when they said they would. Luis is also very good at his trade. I would highly recommend NewCoast Construction for any projects you need. They will be doing the next bathroom and even a bathroom at our own home. They are amazing. Thank you Mo and Luis for a job well done!!!
The team were committed to making the project a success. I had a rental that needed a minimal bathroom renovation and a few touch ups around the house. While everyone shyed from doing the job, Mo stepped up and provide a reasonable cost to get the job done. Highly recommend you speak to Mo for your next project!
My wife and I were very pleased with the end result of our Bathroom Renovation. From the very first day to the very last day, Mo was professional, informative and friendly. He gave us a cost estimate and schedule that he never deviated from. The crew was on-time every day and worked non-stop until days end. Contractors that check ALL of the boxes are a rare commodity in the construction industry. Mo is THAT GUY and he will be for you if you hire him. My wife and I have found our go-to contractor.
Mo was great to work with. He communicated well on all aspects of the project and really saw the vision of the renovation. He and Luis renovated all of my bathrooms plus some other add-on projects which were handled with ease and very professional. They work hard, on time, and very fair on pricing. I would definitely work with him again. Our project came out great!!
Over all the years that I have worked with contractors for home repairs and remodeling, NewCoast Construction is truly one the best with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Not only is Mo and his team efficient and professional, the quality of work was excellent. We had the unfortunate luck of having a shower pan go bad in an upstairs bathroom and leaked into our living room downstairs. Mo was responsive to my initial request, was kind enough to fit us into his schedule and completed the total job of demo, repair, rebuild of the tile shower and repair of the ceiling and wall drywall in less time that I ever expected. The detail of their work and the matching of the tile, grout and drywall texture and paint were excellent. He and his team (major shoutout to Luis) were there everyday on time and definitely took pride in their work. They were courteous, considerate of our time, were respectful of our home and cleaned up everyday. I already have future projects for them. Lastly, and most importantly, Mo and his team are "good" people. Thank you, Mo!
We were looking for a liscensed contractor and found Mo for a bathroom renovation. We wanted our bathtub removed and opted for stand up shower with curtains. We looked around numberous websites and found Mo in thumbtack. Mo was very professional and he listened to what we needed and gave great advice that catered towards our budget. He came to the house and gave us a quote and recommendation on the renovation. Luis and Mo worked on our bathroom and we were very impressed with their work. They finished the project within the agreed upon date. Mo worked within our budget and gave us a reasonable price as well. We look forward to seeing them again for our future projects. We definitely recommend Mo and his team!
Mo & Luis are very good at remodeling bathrooms. I imagine they are good at other jobs but I only did a bathroom. They were very easy to work with. They listened to my requests and made excellent suggestions (their suggestions were usually better than my initial choices). They started quickly and worked everyday (except Sundays) until the job was done. They were very respectful and did their best to keep the "rest of the house" clean. I would hire them again.
