NewRay Development set themselves apart from every other contractor I’ve used by their professional communication and overall work product. We used NewRay for a major kitchen remodel and from the very beginning the frequency of communication and professionalism was top notch. They completed the job in record time without sacrificing quality one bit. I highly recommend them for any size project.

Reviews
My experience with NewRay was excellent. We had our kitchen re-done at our townhouse. Our estimator and then project manager were excellent at keeping client satisfaction on top of their priority list. I would definitely not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Alex and Stan for being top notch!
My husband and I were very happy working with Newray. They are phenomenal. Always showed up on time and completed high quality work. Most people tell you nightmare stories about their kitchen upgrades but our experience has been a happy one. The team communicated very well and often so that we know the status of the project. We plan to use them for other upgrades in our home.
We did a kitchen remodel and they did a really good job. As with any remodel, there were minor issues. But the team was responsive and engaged with us to problem solve. The entire project was done in 2.5 weeks! Highly recommend.
Alex and his crew were great to work with. They were in time and on budget. I’m pleased with the work that they did.
Excelent customer service, design support, workmanship, punctuality, team culture and engagement. The people care about their work and do really good work.
NewRay completely renovated a bathroom and kitchen in my NW DC apartment in December 2021 which involved completely gutting both spaces, ordering and installing new cabinetry, installing cement board and wall tiles, installing new flooring, removing the tub and building a shower, etc. Both Alex and Eric, with whom I interacted the most, were friendly, responsive and reasonably flexible while their wider team completed a professional installation. I am happy with their work and I would recommend NewRay to family and friends!
Never worked with him bc only one free estimate per persons forever.
From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience with NewRay. Alex & Eric helped us plan out and design every detail and worked up multiple estimates for us (because we changed our mind a few times). They were very transparent about pricing, which we appreciated. Our project was a complete gut job, including removing walls, and they completed it right on time - in 3 weeks. The crew was here 6 days a week for about 8 hours a day, and had an excellent work ethic. Leo went to multiple stores to pick up items we'd ordered (tile, paint, custom closet, etc.). Best of all, our kitchen came out beautifully, and the work quality was top notch. We could not have been happier with these guys, and have already recommended NewRay to several friends.
NewRay did a fabulous job on my kitchen. The team was so processional and efficient. I walk in my new kitchen just to look and smile with gratitude of thanks to NewRay for doing such an amazing job. I now have everything I asked for in a kitchen. You will not be disappointed when you use NewRay for your next project. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
