The work quality and responsiveness provided by these business professionals was far beyond exceptional. I found a rat in my garage and reached out to Thumbtack professionals for a quote. Salute to Service responded and came out immediately conducted a free estimate. They were able to take care of my rodent issue and provide additional information on how to maintain a rodent free home environment. They provided before and after photos of what needed to be done and the work completed. No short cuts, just straight honest work. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for pest control and home improvements.

Luis came to get rid of gophers in my front and backyard, which he did and that was great. But he gave us a 60 guarantee and about a week before that ran out, I noticed new holes in the backyard (probably one gopher lingering). I have reached out twice and have received no response. I will have to get another company out to remove.
Jerome was very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done so that I could understand and did exactly what he said he would do. A little pricey, but I would definitely hire him again. Jillian in the office was a pleasure to deal with.
Friendly and generous with time. I will call him again!
Super communicative, explained the task at hand before starting the process, and accommodated my needs.
Luis is simply fantastic. After suspecting a critter in my attic, I contacted him late one evening around 10pm, and he responded immediately, scheduling a free on-site service for the very next morning. Luis and his colleague arrived promptly and conducted a thorough, hour-long examination of both the attic and crawl space. They found no evidence of any critters, providing us with welcome reassurance that we have no issues. This extensive consultation was provided completely free of charge. I truly appreciate Luis’s professionalism and dedication. I will certainly contact him first for any future pest control needs.
Very responsive and did job quickly & professionallly
Was a pleasure working with Luis.
They found the issue and cleaned it out and did all over inspection and repaired the troubled areas.
Luis came out and gave us an estimate. He was able to itemize the quote so that we could choose the level of service. He was very thorough, courteous and we would definitely use him again.
It worked!
Luis was fabulous to work with and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He helped us with a thorough garage cleaning at an older home we were about to renovate including disinfecting storage areas that had hidden mouse nesting debris that was discovered upon moving heavy, difficult to access furniture that had been stored for many years. He was prompt and professional and delivered strong value. We highly recommend Luis!
Luis was a complete professional and followed through until the job was complete.
Very Professional. Very effective. But I think the price was steep but he made the desired result happen quickly.
Luis was great. He removed the possum in our garage without any fuss and left the place neat and tidy
Provided great service. Spent almost 2 hours working on my yard to locate tunnels made by gophers. Then used a CO2 machine to gas the gophers. Also baited the area. Worth the price for the service to prevent further damage to my yard. I highly recommend this service if you have a gopher, vole, or moles.
Luis of Nex Pest was great. He came out quickly to assess the job site (a large hillside infested by gophers), gave a fair estimate and commenced first treatment that day. He spent several hours looking for all tunnels and applying the treatment. Luis then came back a week later to check for evidence of new tunnels and apply the treatment as needed. He is very thorough, professional and punctual. I would use him again and recommend highly.
