When the ai is asking me if the very first day of my window is ok to get this done, and the assessment guy shows up and says we’re fully booked for that window. It wastes everyone’s time. Now I have to go back to the people I’ve talked to and hope that my window is still open with them. Poor use of ai, especially if it doesn’t know the schedule. Also suggesting another team in your head and then immediately dispelling the thought. I clearly gave my window to get my move done. I don’t recommend this company as they waste time, and communication is obviously note remembered. Either that or they are afraid of a little work.
The movers were very professional and did a fantastic job . Thank you !!
Brand and his team did a great job. Brad is the owner and runs a great organization - very professional and an excellent operator!
They were every friendly and responsive. In literally book them around mid night and they were there in the morning.
My experience with Next Door Movers LLC was amazing! I was apprehensive about hiring movers and Brad put me to ease very quickly with how well he communicates and his professionalism. The team that came to do the move were great! I had Josh & Theodore, and they were friendly, professional, and quick! All of my items made it perfectly, they treated my home with respect and care. I cannot recommend them enough! Hire this company if you want a smooth and successful move!
He was on time, he make sure all the item are well taking care of, he explained everything his doing, very clean. I will rehire him Again anytime.
If I was able to choose more than 3 items I would. They are just awesome, we moved from another state, booking literally with just couple days before the move, and Brad called me, make the process so easy. They were super on time, unpacked everything in maybe 40 minutes. They are super professional, my husband and I were amazed of how fast this guys move. If I have to move again I 100% will hire them.
Great to work with. Super efficient and friendly. Will be recommending to anyone I know who needs help moving.
Brad and Nextdoor Movers did an excellent job moving my furniture items into a new booth for me. They were fast, careful with my items, very communicative and the price point was excellent in my opinion. What would have taken me all day to accomplish took Next Door Movers just a couple hours. They are friendly and hard working. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a moving company.
