Reviews
He did a great job! Arrived early, worked efficiently and did exactly what we discussed for a fair price. Would use him again and recommend to others.
These guys are top notch! Couldn’t have had a better experience. They gave us a reasonable bid for the work pretty quickly and showed up to work a few days later (our first available day). The team showed up early with a professional vehicle (company logo on the truck) and worked HARD. Got the entire demo done in half a day. Preserved the gas line (which we wanted), no damage, clean up was exceptional and the work zone looks better than before they came. 10/10 would hire again!
Martin answered within minutes of sending bid. Was able to come out same day after he finished another job. Asked really good questions to clarify exactly what I wanted demoed, executed on that plan perfectly, and cleaned up really good after he was done. Would highly recommend. Very professional.
Had a great experience with Martin and team. We reached out to 3 different contractors, and by far he had the best price and loved the work. We ended up hiring him again for another job. Highly recommend!
This crew was awesome. So clean and on time! They went above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them. Went from old bathroom to gutted ready for home office. They left it spotless!
Martín and his team are amazing! Martín is very reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and they are all very nice and hardworking. I’m super grateful for the concrete removal/disposal, compaction/leveling of the area, and the delivery/dispersion of gravel he accomplished in my backyard space. Great guy and I’d 100% hire them again.
Exceeded my expectations. Martin was easy to communicate with. He took great care on my project removing the stone around my fireplace. He swept & vacuumed, too great effort to leave my home tidy. Totally great guy, I wouldn’t hesitate using him again.
Martin was excellent - responsive, timely, and did quality work! I put my job on thumbtack and others were going to charge me to haul away. I asked him to demo a shower and he brought one other person. Their work was efficient and simultaneously thorough. After they left, I noticed that they looked in my grass and flower beds near their truck for any trash that had fallen down from hauling it out of the house. Highly recommend!
Martin and his team did an amazing job for us demolishing an area that required them to be fast but also very careful. He showed up on time and was very easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed working with Next Gen Construction and would definitely use them again.
