Reviews
My experience with Next Level began with a professional and courteous phone call from Carlos. Up front, his prices were well under the three other quotes I had already received. I was quoted for a water heater installation and then discussed my needs in choosing a replacement heater. The plumber, Jose, showed up early on our scheduled day. Despite some difficulties with the old unit, Jose used his knowledge and experience to get the unit out, and when Carlos showed up with a new unit, installation was a breeze. The fantastic price may have been the reason I selected Next Level, but what sets them apart for me was the friendliness and professionalism from Carlos and Jose. I would recommend them to anyone.
We recently hired Carlos from The Next Level Construction to do a bathroom remodel. We were extremely pleased with the turn around time, the quality of the work, the professionalism of the workers, the attentiveness of our project manager. They were all terrific! We highly recommend Next Level Construction! Again, thank you Carlos and Rocky so much for a job well done! Kindest regards,
Carlos and team were professional and did a great job on my project of installing support posts in my basement
The individual that was sent to me on 2 different occasions for 2 different jobs has been extremely professional. He was honest, and hardworking. Would highly recommend
"I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional work done by "Next Level" on my bathroom remodel! They exceeded my expectations in every way, demonstrating remarkable patience and dedication to bringing my vision to life. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled - they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with every detail. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate changes to the original plan were impressive, and their endurance in the face of challenges was truly remarkable. What sets them apart is their meticulous attention to precision and perfection. They treated my bathroom remodel with the same level of care and dedication that they would a high-end luxury project. I would highly recommend Next Level to anyone seeking top-notch quality, professionalism, and customer service. 5 stars isn't enough - they deserve a perfect score in every category!"
It was a great experience to work with Next Level Construction. The contractors were friendly and cleaned the place after work was done.
The tech was polite, and very professional and came to my home after hours to help us with a backed up main line pipe to ensure my family was able to shower and use the bathrooms. They fixed the problem very quickly while still checking to make sure everything was working perfectly.
5-Star Review for Door Installation I had an excellent experience with Carlos for my door installation! The team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They installed the door perfectly, ensuring a secure fit and smooth operation. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship were impressive. Plus, they cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle-free and top-notch door installation!
Jose was absolutely awesome installing our new toilet! Punctual, got work done quickly and efficiently and everything works perfectly!
The electrician didn’t tell me how much he was charging me.He did the job then surprise me with how much it was for a dimmer and replace a light fixture $175.00 I’ll never get anybody from thumb tack again
After three other electricians from this app failed to show up to our scheduled appointment, Carlos and his team saved the day. They were extremely responsive, patient with a million questions we had, flexible (showed up to fix 1 outlet and stayed late to finish another project we had also wanted to get done), and did a great job! Other providers had quoted 40% more than them, so I never felt taken advantage of. They were incredibly mindful about cleaning up after themselves too, and friendly. The best part is their team offers a wide range of services so my husband and I plan on working with Next Level Construction for all of our future hvac, bathroom renovation, door installation, and staircase projects - they also give clear quotes so we can financially plan properly. As a first time homeowner feeling overwhelmed, working with this team genuinely made the process easier. Highly recommend this team!
