The plumber coming to give me the estimate was told the owner of the unit below me was unavailable as she had company. Despite me asking him to not bother her, he knocked on her door and entered her home three times. This shows complete disrespect for me. Your quote was the highest, nor do I feel comfortable working with you.
The work was done fully and correctly in a timely manner. The technician was experienced and had all the parts and tools. The cost however was much higher than expected.
Mathew was very patient and spent a good amount of time with me explaining my plumbing. He took care of me and he fixed my valves.

The plumber who fixed my pipe was great, but the company’s $39 ‘inspection fee’ is misleading. They charge $39 just to show up and an extra $250 to diagnose the issue. Classic bait and switch. Beware!

Did a great job and all working good.
Unfortunately my small 12 lb dog bit the plumber(very minor). That’s my fault I 100% admit that. But I asked the plumber if he was bit and only told me only his boot was bitten. I was never informed that the plumbers skin was broken on his ankle. If I would have been told this I would have provided proof that all vaccinations are up to date and offered to take care of any medical bills. Instead, I was notified when animal services showed up to my place. Now my 12lb “dangerous” dog has to be quarantined for ten days.
