We had a scheduled appointment today to get an estimate on a rear deck and carport, and ADR was a no call/no show.
I hired ADR Home Improvement for a front siding replacement and front porch remodel. I chose to go with ADR Home Improvement because Lucas seemed to notice details that others didn't and the price was comparable to others. They were straight forward to work with, thorough, quick and I love the work they did. Would recommend them to others and would definitely hire them again.
Vendor was responsive and did an estimate. Estimate did not include any scope of work and was extremely expensive. When I questioned the amount I was told that the cost of a dumpster was included. There was no demo required! Contractor decline to re-bid.
Haven't made a decision yet
No call, no show for scheduled appointment. Followed up via messaging and no response.
ADR Home Improvement had decent communication, they were very professional and did a great job assembling our shed kit, installing the foundation and roof. The only issue was that the foundation was made too big, which is only a problem because we intend to finish the interior. Otherwise, everything went very smoothly.
Very impressed with communication and quality of work. Estimate delivered promptly and comparable to others I received but I was most impressed with the professionalism. These guys did a fantastic job. They came when they said they would and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend! Looking forward to working with them again.
ADR did a great job for us; excellent craftsmanship and eye for detail. We built a fairly large deck with some unique features like angled corners and a wrap around stairs all done in Azek. The result was an excellent outdoor area for my family and I would be excited to work with them again on feature projects.
We asked for an unusual deck configuration and ADR said, “no problem”. They built us a 14ft x 30ft deck. We are very happy with their work, value and professionalism along the way! I would hire ADR again without reservation! They did everything they said they would do and more! They are very easy to work with and I look forward to the next project!
