Reviews
Stan and team were great. Responsive, punctual, did a great job and kept me informed of the progress winterizing our pool. They went over and above, cleaning my very dirty salt cell and even repairing a tear in the pool cover. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and am looking forward to welcoming them back in Spring!
Truly wonderful service. Will be working with this provider permanently from now on.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Umbrella and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step of operation of our new pool. Their attention to detail was outstanding, ensuring that every aspect of the pool was perfect. The craftsmanship is top-notch.They also provided excellent customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had along the way. This company is the best in the business!
Stan was great ! Amazing customer service and quick to reply. He walk me through entire process and make I’m completely satisfied for his job. Definitely we will use him again
Stan communicated well. Arrived on time and did a good job on the pool closing. Explained everything they did and even cleaned the filter cartridges in exchange for me filling the water bags before they arrived. 😊 Will certainly be using his services again next pool season!
We had Stanislav from Umbrella come and clean our pool and he was amazing. Great price, on time, incredibly professional and so helpful. He went above and beyond for us and we now are switching our pool services to umbrella, specifically Stanislav. He was so knowledgeable and made our pool look absolutely amazing. Don’t have enough good things to say about him. Highly recommend! Attaching his before and afters!
Stan showed up to my house and open up my pool. The swimming pool water pretty dirty and green. After Stan’s services, got a clear water and a clean swimming pool. I definitely recommend Umbrella to anyone that needs services for their pool, as Stan made the process easy and stress free.
Stan from Umbrella was excellent! He actually arrived 30 minutes early, which was refreshing since the last pool person from another company was late and kept on pushing back my appointment all day to the point where I missed out on a day of work. Stan was very knowledgeable and offered great advice. He was professional and was able to close up my pool without any problems. He has wonderful work quality. He was respectful and polite. I feel like I received great value. I appreciate how he honors the military by offering a military discount. I was happy to give him a tip for all of his hard work. I highly recommend Stan from Umbrella!
He was absolutely A M A Z I NG! He explained everything throughly. An definitely will be using his services again!
