Working with this interior design company was a frustrating experience from start to finish, especially considering I paid a consultation fee upfront with the expectation of professionalism and timely service. Unfortunately, communication was inconsistent, and I often felt like my project was not a priority. Timelines were pushed back multiple times without clear explanations, which made it difficult to plan and created unnecessary stress. I initially chose them because of their portfolio, which looked clean and modern, but the execution and overall experience didn’t match the expectations that were set. There were delays in decision-making, limited updates, and at times I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information about progress. As a customer, this experience raises concerns that others may also face—paying upfront without receiving timely service, feeling left in the dark about project status, and potentially having to take over the project themselves if things stall. For anyone considering this company, be aware that you may need to be very hands-on and persistent to keep things moving. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with completing the project on my own. While there may be potential there, the lack of organization, accountability, and responsiveness made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I would strongly recommend improvements in communication, time management, and client follow-through to better support future clients.

This was a small project, with my condo just needing face lift. The designer arrived at my home on time and with a variety of tile samples, paint chips, and a plan already developed with a few options. In less than an hour we were able to plan out a full variety of updates to my home!

We just moved to GA in the Spring of 2021. I have a very demanding job and on the weekends the last thing I wanted to do was shop to decorate my home. Im not too good with interior design and also get overwhelmed with too many options. I just started using thumbtack for other things I needed done and decided to look for a decorator. I stumbled upon NF Design & the photos were very on par with the style that I liked. I’m beyond happy with the decision I made to have Nancy help me out! I’d already purchased some furniture so she decorated around what I already had and what I didn’t have she picked out perfectly! She took care of everything from wall paper to window treatments, paintings & even decor for my bookshelves. I get so many compliments every time we have people over and I wish I could take credit for it but I can’t. If it weren’t for Nancy, I don’t know when I would have done anything and when/if I did, my home would look like a mock furniture store with very little style. If you’re thinking of using NF Design please do yourself a favor and go for it, I guarantee you will be 100% happy! Thank you Nancy for everything!
I worked with Nancy on kitchen remodeling for 8 months. I like her interior designing taste and creativity. She is professional, responsive, gave me various options to select from on my budget. I would not hesitate to hire her again for my next project. I do recommend her.
Nancy is absolutely Awesome! She took my vision for redesigning my kitchen and made it a reality. She's very thorough and attentive to details. Her level of creativity is unmatched. I was so impressed with Nancy that I've already hired her for another design project and my kitchen is not completely done. She's beyond amazing!
Nancy has timeless style and a way with people. She’s very dependable and listens to her clients needs. Loved working with her and her team 💙
I was really excited to hire an interior designer to assist in decorating my foyer and living room area in my condo. It just wasn’t the experience I was expecting. She recommended vendors that she insisted would cover her design fee with the discount they would give me as her client, but ended up being nearly 30% more expensive than multiple quotes I received from other businesses. I felt like I wasn’t being heard when I explained about having pets and kids in the home and getting furniture that could withstand the test of time with them. It seem like it was more about pushing her vendors and the kickbacks she might receive from them. Renderings we’re an additional $300 fee just to have visuals of what the furniture would look like in my home. As a joke, a friend of mine signed me up for Modsy.com just to see what online interior designers would recommend. It only cost $100 but I was thrilled with the results. Do yourself a favor and spend $100 first with an online interior design company before you spend thousands with a face-to-face one.
Nancy has an eye for design that will make your space feel luxurious yet comfortable and livable. I was initially thinking I would have to tear out my kitchen cabinets and countertops in the mid-00s home I recently purchased because of the terrible colors. But Nancy came in and suggested painting the cabinets and changing hardware in a way that totally transformed the look of my kitchen. Everyone compliments my home when they enter. She’s wonderful to work with. She has a shining spirit and is very talented.
Nancy was quick to respond and came by to help me choose a color palette for my downstairs remodel. I will definitely be hiring her again to do the rest of my space. Thank you so much Nancy.
