Noreen was regularly late to scheduled appointments. In one instance she was over 90 minutes late and was hardly apologetic. I'm a novice in the fashion industry. I would source my own fabrics and bring reference pieces to Noreen prior to having her construct samples. Noreen provided little-to-no guidance or feedback on how the fabrics compared to my reference pieces. After working with a different sewist for several months, I know see the time and money that can be saved with a collabrative, engaged partner.

I’ll give Noreen 2 stars because her garments look nice, but she never called in for our consultation. She even rescheduled 20 minutes before our initial consultation at 10am. When I picked my consultation time the day before she had availability throughout the day, but she expressed to me that she had fittings that she was running behind on and rescheduled me to 1:00. I was understanding, but she never called at 1:00 so I texted and she said she would call in 3 minutes. It’s now a day later and no phone call consultation. Definitely not good business to waste people’s time. Communication is key!

Noreen was INCREDIBLE! She created a custom top for me in a very short amount of time while she was already extremely busy. On top of that, the was so personable and loving. I can't say enough great things about her!

The worst designer I’ve picked. She had five months to do my dress a friend of mine’s sketch out for me, it did not look nothing like what I ask for. August 5, 2021 two days before my daughter’s birthday party, I’ve seen Miss Franciss on that day in the morning and when I seen what she delivered I was very displeased.

Noreen was amazing she was able to handmake my custom dress in less that 2 weeks for my birthday! And i looked stunning! If that’s not talent i don’t know what is! Throughout my time working with her through fittings and all she was very quick with responses and solutions to work around our busy schedules. I will for sure be coming back to her for any special customizations i need!
