Nicholas drafted the plans for my 500sqft home addition. He drove to Massachusetts to get his own measurements and provided excellent plans. He was very responsive and patient with multiple rounds of revisions. I highly recommended him as a draftsman.

We were very pleased with the work that Julia and Nicholas did for us. We wanted to do an attic remodeling project, and were finding it hard to visualize what the final result would be. Julia and Nicholas came by, made measurements and made multiple proposals, complete with 3D mockups. We iterated multiple times on drawings and they were patient with us the whole time. We are now moving forward with construction.
From the onset, Nick and Julia asked all the right questions. They were professional, knowledgeable, very responsive, and completed beautiful renderings and drawings ahead of schedule. They are such a pleasure to work with too!
Nicholas has gone well beyond what is expected for my project. He created and revised drawings for me as requested, assisted with questions from contractors and has done so much to help me with my dream project. The best part is knowing he will always get back to you, and is truly a kind person.
Unfortunately I chose the worst person I don’t recommend him, he did a drawing with any direction without any building codes, the town rejected 4 times ,he can’t answering anything correctly , I lost my $2000 for nothing, and he want me to pay $1000 to se if he can respond the town questions. After they already rejected everything 4 times already,also I loss 4 months of my time , he just copy and paste some internet Designs trying to found the answer to the town . now I had to hire another Architect to complete everything, Very bad experience with Nicholas hoping no one else had the same experience. or pass for the same experience
